Where is my data stored?
In your browser's IndexedDB database on this device. Privacy Boards has no backend, so there is nowhere else for it to go.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no email and no password. Open the app and start a board.
How do I move my boards to another device?
Export a JSON backup from Backup & data, then restore that file in Privacy Boards on the other device or browser.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Clearing site data deletes your boards, because they only exist in this browser. Export a backup regularly to keep a copy you control.
